We are delighted to announce that through our relationship with The Royal Gardens at Highgrove, the private residence of TRH The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, we have the opportunity to offer a limited number of unique short breaks to our guests.
These short breaks combine stunning accommodation in one of our lakeside properties on the Cotswold Water Park and the amazing opportunity to discover The Royal Gardens at Highgrove during their stay.
These mid-week breaks are available on a few selected dates and offer the opportunity to be our guests on an Orion Holidays private tour of The Royal Gardens at Highgrove whilst visiting the Cotswolds.

Orion Holidays Royal Gardens Experience Short Breaks
These unique short breaks will only be available on selected dates
- Tuesday 21st – Friday 24th May with the tour on 23rd May
- Tuesday 10th – Friday 13th September with the tour on 11th September
- Tuesday 1st – Friday 4th October with the tour on 2nd October
- November – dates to be released but interest can be registered by speaking to our team
The 3 night break will offer the choice of accommodation in one of our tranquil 3 bedroom properties on either Isis or Windrush lakes at Cotswold Water Park.
The private tour of The Royal Gardens at Highgrove will take place on a specific day during the stay and commences with refreshments before a 2 hour guided tour with one of Highgrove’s expert garden guides around the wonderful Royal Gardens. The tour provides a special glimpse into the life of HRH The Prince of Wales and explains the history and inspiration behind these incredible gardens. A seasonal lunch will be served in the spectacular Orchard Room before ending the visit with the opportunity to browse in the Highgrove Shop on the estate.
With the Cotswolds town of Tetbury and the Westonbirt Arboretum in close proximity to the Highgrove estate the afternoon can be spent exploring the area before heading back to our serene lakeside lodges.
