Flexible Contract Terms
Be assured we won't tie you into a long term contract from the start.
We are so confident in the level of service we provide, and understand that we need to get to know each other, that all we ask is for an initial 3 months contract.
After that, only if you are happy, will we move to a 6 month rolling arrangement.
Protecting your Investment
We market your property extensively on our own channels plus the main third party booking sites to secure bookings.
We average 70 - 80% guest occupancy - the sweet spot to balance the income you generate with your refurbishment costs.
